Confidential information includes all technical and business information relating to the inventor’s idea and/or invention provided to Amazing Inventions by the inventor. Amazing Inventions and the inventor will work together to evaluate opportunities for the inventor’s idea and/or invention, giving the option for the inventor to disclose any or all information relating.
Amazing Inventions agrees to maintain the confidential information submitted by the inventor, which was not previously known, in strictest confidence. Amazing Inventions agrees to not share or disclose any confidential information with any third parties. Confidential Information will only be used for purposes of research, review, and evaluation to provide for the inventor as opportunities to distribute and sell the idea and/or invention.
I, the inventor, understand that providing confidential information to Amazing Inventions is not permission for my idea and/or invention to be disclosed or sold without my written consent. To the best of my knowledge, I, the inventor, am the sole creator of the idea described. Amazing Inventions has my approval to discuss my idea and/or invention with me and its organization.
